Cosmetic Laser Training Course (Diplomado)
The cosmetic laser training course is the most comprehensive laser course because it includes multiple topics on its use. In this course, you will learn the use of lasers not only for aesthetic purposes but also for treating some skin conditions. In the Cosmetic Laser course, participants will be able to learn how to apply ablative, non-ablative, and combined laser modalities.
This 80-hour laser training course includes 40 face-to-face classes and 40 hours of hands-on with selected human models. Participants must have an active MD, DO, APRN, or PA license. This course will be held at Laser Training in Miami and our Universal Laser Center Med Spa internship center. Also included is your access to a platform with educational resources, teaching materials, snacks, and lunches.
The course curriculum includes the use of IPL and lasers in aesthetic practices, emphasizing skin rejuvenation, hair removal, tattoo removal, vein removal, facial treatments, and combined laser treatment with radiofrequency, microneedles, and IPL. The therapeutic laser also includes treating disorders of the pilosebaceous unit, such as acne, rosacea, and some diseases of the hair follicles.
In addition, some disorders of vascular etiology and pigmented lesions, as well as the treatment of onychomycosis and photobiomodulation, are part of what is taught in this course. Furthermore, course content includes the application of ablative (Erbium and CO2) and non-ablative lasers with long, short, and ultrashort pulsed as part of this training. Only six participants are accepted for each course.

The following topics are part of the Cosmetic laser training course (Diplomado). The cosmetic laser course outline contains various topics to prepare participants to perform multiple procedures in aesthetic lasers and treatments for diverse skin problems. Also, the techniques to combine lasers with other technologies according to the characteristics of the skin's client.
Non-ablative skin rejuvenation and skin tightening as part of Cosmetic laser
Include some skin disorder like acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, keratosis pilaris and others
Participants will practice removing veins on the face and around the nose using NdYAG1064.
Q-switch and pico laser devices will be used in the practice for tattoo removal.
CO2 laser for vaginal rejuvenation and urinary incontinence is part of the practice
Laser therapy for nail fungus will be practiced with NdYAG 1064 long-range and pico laser
During practice hours, CO2 will be used for laser skin rejuvenation and skin treatment.
IPL practice on pigmented lesion, acne, rosacea, demodex and other skin condition
Combined Laser Procedures
By combining different laser treatments with other procedures, professionals can more effectively achieve the desired results in a single treatment session, reducing the need for repeat treatments and providing comprehensive facial rejuvenation.
The combination of RF microneedling and laser treatment can offer enhanced results
Participants will put knowledge of near-infrared light and lasers into practical use.
