This comprehensive training program is specifically designed to meet Florida’s regulatory requirements for physicians who serve as medical directors or supervising physicians in aesthetic laser treatment facilities. Under Florida Law, physicians must be “properly trained in hair removal” to supervise electrologists and other professionals performing laser treatments.

This course prepares participants to be properly trained to supervise electrologist at any electrolysis facility or Medical Spa. The rule currently requires a physician licensed underFlorida Chapter 458 or 459 to provide direct supervision of an Electrologist certified to perform laser hair removal or reduction.
